What is Candle Care? It's a few easy tips & tricks to get the most out of your candles, like the burn time, & to teach you how to maximize your favorite candles! It makes a world of difference, as well as prevents the dreaded lopsided burn or even tunneling at the wick.

Trim your wick 1/4" length each time before you burn.

To prevent tunneling make sure that you burn your candle long enough each time (at least 2 hours the first time you light it) so that the entire top surface of wax is melted to the edge of the glass before blowing it out.

Do not burn your candles for longer than 4 hours at a time.

Keep away from children & pets.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep away from things that can catch fire, like curtains or clothing.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? IS THERE A RETURN POLICY?
If your candle happens to be defective or not up to our standards you can have a full replacement or refund, you chose. We do ask for you to email us with a photo to get that process started.
Unfortunately, there is some trial and error that goes into candle making, as well as common errors that can occur when in transport, during the candle cooling processing or even while mixing the wax. These things happen.
We take pride in hand pouring each & every batch and taking our time to perfect your candle. If you're not happy with yours, please reach out!
